The guest room amenities included an iron, coffee/tea makers, and a TV, and the breakfast was very good with a lovely selection of toast, fruit yoghurt, and was very accommodating.

The staff are extremly helpful and always happy to help. Very knowledgeable of the local area. Great location and excellent value for money.

The room was very cold, but being in feb, only to be expected. the radiators didnt apear to be on, however the staff were great in getting a protable heter which was more the effective.

friendly staff, confortable atmosphere,clearn room,excellent English breakfast,TV,close to black tower... etc... anyway I was satisfied during my stay at Boltonia :)

no shampoo, bodysoap and toothbrush but other things are really great :)
